Not only was Chris able to come out same day for an emergency septic pumping but when he arrived he informed me that the tank did not need to be pumped. He cleaned the filter and made sure it turned the pump on and everything work perfectly after that. I will be using him for septic services at any property from now on. Well done sir.

Septic Inspection bright and early at my upcoming listing. In Washington, homes with septic systems must be pumped and inspected before home title can change ownership. My favorite company is Sky Valley Pumper! Chris is always punctual and does a great job. He gets inspection reports back next day but most of the time same day!! Best in the business!

These guys are amazing! They came out not only the same day I contacted them, but they arrived only a couple hours after I contacted them. :). The two that came to my place were very friendly and taught me a LOT about my septic system. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Another plus is that they charge by how much they remove from your tank, not just by the size of your tank. I really enjoyed having these guys out and I actually look forward to the next time I have to have my tank pumped. 😁

We moved into a home where the septic had never been pumped (30+ years) and started smelling septic out of the blue. We reached out to Sky Valley Pumper to see what their availability was. Chris was very responsive to my questions and even let us know when he was on his way so we could put the animals away and open the gate. He showed up when he said he would and looked at our septic right away before he started running his hoses. We thought we had the lids exposed, but we missed one. He helped us find it. He informed my boyfriend of the do's and don'ts of having a septic and not to wait more than four years. Let me tell you, anyone who can do this job with a smile deserves 20 stars! I could not recommend a better company for my septic issues.

I highly recommend these guys! Our septic system pump alarm went off in the middle of the night, very unexpectedly. After calling the company that had previously serviced the system first thing in the morning and not hearing back by afternoon, I searched for alternatives, and found Sky Valley Pumper. Sky valley pumpers I called on sunday night around 6:30pm they came out at 8:15am Monday just like they said they would not 8:35 8:15 just like they said. They cleaned out my ceptic. I ask about how much crap went out to my drain field. He said you can see some biger piece right there.Then he I recamened that I put a filter right there. So I had him do that. THEY DID A GREAT JOD.
