Septic Inspection bright and early at my upcoming listing. In Washington, homes with septic systems must be pumped and inspected before home title can change ownership. We moved into a home where the septic had never been pumped (30+ years) and started smelling septic out of the blue. We reached out to Sky Valley Pumper to see what their availability was. Chris was very responsive to my questions and even let us know when he was on his way so we could put the animals away and open the gate. Sky valley pumpers I called on sunday night around 6:30pm they came out at 8:15am Monday just like they said they would not 8:35 8:15 just like they said. They cleaned out my ceptic.
